We have been lucky with weather it was not raining today (as forecasted) but it was COLD!!
The boat offered a walking tour with a canal boat ride and then we hung out in town a little longer for lunch and more sightseeing.
Lots of shops have decorated for the holidays.
The downtown area is dominated by a Notre Dame cathedral.
It’s pretty gorgeous both inside and out.
The organ is on the upper right.
It also has an astrological clock.
After lunch we went to the Alsatian Museum - Which was fun.
It had a few unique items like these old fashioned mousetraps
And this birthing chair midwives used to use. Check out the armrest/“handle” on the mother’s right side.
We stopped for a coffee and to warm up!
